The Kiski Area Cavaliers will head out to face off against the Gateway Gators at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Kiski Area comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Last Monday, Kiski Area didn't have quite enough to beat Greater Latrobe and fell 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Cavaliers have suffered against the Wildcats since April 27, 2021.

Zach Hald made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Zach Zollinger, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Gateway, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Armstrong on Friday, sneaking past 7-5.
