Grand Traverse Academy won the last time they faced Traverse City HomeSchool, and Weston Kinney did his part to make sure it happened again. The Grand Traverse Academy Mustangs walked away with a 48-35 victory over the Traverse City HomeSchool Bulldogs on Tuesday thanks to Kinney, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 19 rebounds. He has become a key player for Grand Traverse Academy: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 15 points, but 4-9 otherwise.

The win got Grand Traverse Academy back to even at 9-9. As for Traverse City HomeSchool, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Coming up, Grand Traverse Academy will welcome Forest Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Traverse City HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
