Basketball Recap: Herndon Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Herndon extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-4. They took a 71-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McLean Highlanders. The Hornets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Highlanders from their previous meeting back in February.

As for McLean, the win got them back to even at 2-2. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

McLean's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Roman Ludwikowski, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Karageorgos, who went 5-for-11 on his way to 18 points.

Coming up, Herndon will head out to take on South Lakes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for McLean, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oakton at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
