Soccer Recap: Plainview Comes Up Short

Plainview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Lubbock Westerners. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Westerners this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in February.

Plainview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Lubbock, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-16-1.

Plainview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lubbock, they will head out on the road to face off against Big Spring at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lubbock is facing Big Spring at the right time seeing as Big Spring is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
