Bainbridge came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Sequim Wolves. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won seven contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Bainbridge's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.2 runs over those games. As for Sequim, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
