It's playoff time, and Lake Arthur had no trouble coming through when it counted. They didn't even let the Homer Pelicans on the board on Saturday, marking the Tigers' second-straight 15-0 shutout. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by ten runs or more this season.

The win (which was Lake Arthur's third in a row) raised their record to 15-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Homer, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Lake Arthur will head out on the road to square off against Mangham at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Homer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
