Volleyball Recap: Classical Academy Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

There's no place like home for Classical Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Foothills Christian Knights on Wednesday. The Caimans haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-7, 25-15.

Classical Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Todd Clemens led the charge by getting 11 assists and three aces.

Classical Academy pushed their record up to 22-11 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Foothills Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-13.

Coming up, Classical Academy will welcome Santa Fe Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Caimans are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Foothills Christian, they are taking a road trip to take on Bishop's at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bishop's will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Foothills Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
