Basketball Recap: Perham Has No Trouble Against Frazee

The matchup between Perham and Frazee on Tuesday hardly resembled the 52-4 effort from their previous meeting. Everything went the Perham Yellowjackets' way against the Frazee Hornets as the Perham Yellowjackets made off with a 71-47 victory. While the Yellowjackets didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Perham's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Frazee, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Perham will take on Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton is on a five-game streak of home wins, Perham a four-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season)-- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. As for Frazee, they will head out to face off against Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
