Basketball Recap: Reading Comes Up Short

Reading lost to Quincy back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rangers came up short against the Orioles, falling 51-26. The Rangers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Reading still got an impressive performance from Bria Wiler, who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine rebounds.

Reading's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Quincy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Reading didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 66-32 defeat against Union City on the 5th. As for Quincy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 51-32 victory against Maple Valley on the 5th.
