It's playoff time, and Lake Mary had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Spruce Creek Hawks to the tune of 63-36 on Friday. The Rams have beaten the Hawks the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Hawks has come to flipping the script.

Owen Ceynowa was his usual excellent self, going 6 of 12 on his way to 20 points and five rebounds. That's the most boards he has posted since back in December of 2024. Jamarius Jones was another key player, putting up seven points and 11 rebounds.

Lake Mary's win bumped their record up to 15-13. As for Spruce Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 17-10.

Coming up, Lake Mary will challenge Creekside at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Creekside will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Lake Mary surely won't give up without a fight. Spruce Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
