Berks Catholic had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 68-47 margin over the Reading Red KNights. The Saints have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Berks Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Reading, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-6.

Berks Catholic and Reading should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. The Saints will face off against Daniel Boone at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (21 vs. 364). Meanwhile, Reading (ranked 33rd) will meet Governor Mifflin (ranked 231st) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
