Volleyball Recap: Southeast Guilford's Undefeated Season over After Four Games + How To Watch

Southeast Guilford managed to slip by Southwest Guilford the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Cowboys on Monday. The loss put an end to the Falcons' undefeated start to the season.

While Southeast Guilford was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 25-18.

Jacquelyn Marion paced Southeast Guilford's offense, picking up seven kills. Marion were helped by Harleigh Scott and Ava Tobin, who contributed seven assists each. Madison Foxx controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Southeast Guilford fell to 3-1. As for Southwest Guilford, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Southeast Guilford has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Ragsdale on the 20th. As for Southwest Guilford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against West Forsyth on the 21st.
