Volleyball Recap: Chelsea Takes a Loss

Chelsea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Lynn Classical Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in April.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-11, 25-21.

Chelsea's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Lynn Classical, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season.

Chelsea will head out on the road to face off against Somerville at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lynn Classical, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Burlington at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rams are facing the Red Devils at the right time seeing as the Red Devils are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
