Soccer Recap: O'Connor Comes Up Short

After flying high against Stevens on Friday, O'Connor came back down to earth. The Panthers came up short against the Taft Raiders on Tuesday, falling 5-2. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly O'Connor struggled afterwards.

Abigail Castro and Ayeli Martinez scored both of O'Connor's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 18 goals.

With the loss, O'Connor broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 16-6-1. As for Taft, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-8-2 record this season.
