Basketball Recap: Atlanta Classical Academy Comes Up Short

Atlanta Classical Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 90-53 loss at the hands of The Weber School Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavaliers of the 87-58 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2022.

Atlanta Classical Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for The Weber School, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Atlanta Classical Academy and The Weber School will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Cavaliers see the court they'll take on Manchester at 7:30 p.m. on December 2. As for The Weber School, their break will end when they face Loganville Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 1.
