Baseball Game Preview: San Diego Cavers vs. Morse Tigers

For the second straight game, San Diego will face off against Morse. The Cavers will square off against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. San Diego is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

San Diego's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Morse 6-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavers.

Jayden Harris was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. He has become a key player for San Diego: the team is undefeated when he posts at least one home run, but 8-11-1 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Kai Jacobson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Morse is on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18. As for San Diego, the victory got them back to even at 11-11-1.
