Softball Recap: MAST Community Charter Takes a Loss

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times MAST Community Charter and Bristol have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Panthers fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Wednesday.

MAST Community Charter saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kiley McCammitt, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

MAST Community Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Bristol, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

MAST Community Charter didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-4 victory against Philadelphia Academy Charter on the 5th. As for Bristol, they have also already played their next match, a 6-1 win against Faith Christian Academy on the 5th.
