Baseball Game Preview: Leto Falcons vs. Chamberlain Storm

Leto has gone a perfect 10-0 against Chamberlain recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Falcons will square off against the Storm at 7:00 p.m. Chamberlain took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Leto, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Leto turned things around against Hillsborough on Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Terriers a 6-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Chamberlain scored first but ultimately less than Brandon in their game on Thursday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 4-3 to the Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Storm haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Dairon Benitez was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run. He also put up a run, which was his first of the season.

Leto's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Chamberlain, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-7.

Everything went Leto's way against Chamberlain when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Leto made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
