Volleyball Recap: Lebo Takes a Loss

Lebo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Phillipsburg Panthers. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Lebo was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22.

Lebo's record is now 9-16. As for Phillipsburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lebo and Phillipsburg will both be playing Norton the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Bluejays at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wolves will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
