Soccer Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Beauregard Hornets. Valley were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Beauregard earlier this season, when they won 4-2.

Valley's goal came courtesy of Jose Diaz, who's now up to eight this season.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Beauregard, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-6.

Coming up, Valley will challenge Lee-Scott Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beauregard, they will take on Marbury at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
