Bath County has gone 7-1 against Fairview recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wildcats will face off against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

Bath County's last matchup with Raceland could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Monday. The Wildcats came up short against the Rams, falling 13-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fairview). They put the hurt on Chesapeake with a sharp 21-2 victory on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Fairview's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-12. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Bath County, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-14-1.

Bath County came out on top in a nail-biter against Fairview in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 4-3. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
