Basketball Game Preview: Jones County Greyhounds vs. Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers

The Jones County Greyhounds will head out on the road to square off against the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Jones County has 11 straight wins, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Saturday, Jones County was able to grind out a solid victory over Putnam County, taking the game 52-42. Given the Greyhounds' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while the War Eagles are ranked 140th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy lost 58-34 to New Brockton on Monday.

Eagle's Landing Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Jones County, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.
