Baseball Recap: North Thurston Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Thurston can now relate to. They fell 5-0 to the Decatur Golden Gators on Saturday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Rams haven't been shut out since back in March.

North Thurston saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wyatt Albertson, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

North Thurston's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Decatur, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-4-1.

As of now, neither North Thurston nor the Golden Gators have any future games scheduled.
