Baseball Recap: Snook Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Snook took on Milano on Friday. The Bluejays came up short against the Eagles, falling 16-3. The Bluejays have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Snook saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Macik, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Snook's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Milano, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-19.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Snook will challenge rival Round Top-Carmine at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Milano is set to square off against their familiar foe Burton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
