Vale had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.2 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. They claimed a resounding 56-16 victory over the Riverside Pirates. With the Vikings ahead 27-5 at the half, the game was all but over already.
