At the plate, Coral Springs Charter got a massive performance out of Jazzy Chung, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Those two RBI gave Chung a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mia Rodriguez, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base.

Lydia Berent was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. Berent was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Morgan Beavers, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Coral Springs Charter's victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Cardinal Gibbons, their win bumped their record up to 21-4.
