Taveyian Thomas, Hardin-Jefferson's leading scorer, solidified his role on Friday. Thomas almost dropped a double-double on 24 points and nine assists, good enough to set a new career-high in assists in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now grabbed three or more in the last four games he's played.

Thomas and Hardin-Jefferson will challenge Shepherd at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
