Basketball Recap: Providence Classical Paladins vs. NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks
Providence Classical was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks, falling 70-37. The Paladins were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-20.
NorthPoint Christian Academy was led to victory by Gabe Spann and Chelan Chudgar. Spann went 9-for-13 en route to 27 points in addition to five assists and three steals, while Chudgar went 10-for-21 on his way to 25 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Chudgar a new career-high in shooting accuracy (48%). Micah Enriquez was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 14 boards and nine steals.
