Highlands Christian dropped their record down to 5-10 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Dr. Joaquin Garcia Bulldogs, falling 16-0. The Knights were red-hot at the plate heading into the matchup (they scored no less than ten runs in the three games prior), but the Bulldogs' pitcher proved too tough.

As for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-10. 16 seems to be a good number for they as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

For Dr. Joaquin Garcia's part, Ella Mae Lipp was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three doubles, and three RBI. That's the most runs Lipp has posted since back in February. Mackenzie Gerst also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

As of now, neither Highlands Christian nor Dr. Joaquin Garcia have any future games scheduled.
