The Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors are taking a road trip to challenge the KIPP Bold City Greyhounds at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Trinity Christian Academy has three straight wins, KIPP Bold City has 12 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Trinity Christian Academy gave up the first points on Friday, but they didn't give up any more after. They strolled past Lincoln with points to spare, taking the game 32-14.

Micah Anderson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 208 yards and one TD while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 102.4 rushing yards per game.
Anderson was just one part of a punishing run game: Trinity Christian Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 294 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
Trinity Christian Academy's defense stepped up as well, laying out Taylor Jacobs Jr three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Jacob Weldon, William Striglers, and Rashon Lewis, who each picked up one sack apiece.
Meanwhile, KIPP Bold City played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Providence School and fell 37-8. The Greyhounds were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-0.
KIPP Bold City's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Trinity Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
Friday's matchup might be decided in the trenches. Trinity Christian Academy has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 167.1 rushing yards per game. It's a different story for KIPP Bold City, though, as they've been averaging only 63.8 rushing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
Everything came up roses for Trinity Christian Academy against KIPP Bold City in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 44-6 win. In that game, the Conquerors amassed a halftime lead of 35-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
