 Plainview scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by  a  13-3 margin over the Geraldine Bulldogs. The  win was familiar territory for Plainview who now have five in a row.
 Plainview got a great performance from  Austin Anderson as he  pitched five innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits (he also only allowed one  walk).
 At the plate,  Braxton Henson was a standout: he scored two  runs while going 3-for-4.  Riley Bannister was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 Plainview is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven games,  which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record  this season. As for Geraldine, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with that  loss, which was their third straight  at home.
 Plainview will have a chance to go back-to-back against Geraldine: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
