After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Cross, Eastern Mennonite was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They took down the Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars 80-66. The Flames' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Eastern Mennonite moved to 3-12 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Shenandoah Valley Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-5 record.

Eastern Mennonite has already played their next game (against New Covenant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Shenandoah Valley Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Wakefield School at 5:00 p.m. on February 11th.
