South Houston had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 76-55 margin over the Sam Rayburn Texans on Friday. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.

South Houston's win bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Sam Rayburn, their loss was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-22.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Alvin the next time they take the court. South Houston will head out to face Alvin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Sam Rayburn will host them at 1:00 p.m. on January 25th.
