Springville extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Hattie Templeman. The Red Devils enjoyed a cozy 52-38 win over the Payson Lions on Tuesday with plenty of help from Templeman, who shot 5-for-6 from deep and dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 boards. Springville is undefeated when Templeman posts ten or more rebounds, but 2-4 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Sami Dellamas, who went 8-for-14 to rack up 20 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Springville's points.

Despite the loss, Payson still got an impressive performance from Halle Anderson, who posted eight points and five steals. Makinley Renzello was another key player, putting up nine points and three steals.

Springville's record is now 9-4. As for Payson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Springville will welcome Manti at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Payson, they will take on Spanish Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
