Football Recap: Hough Takes Down West Charlotte in a Playoff Battle + How To Watch

Hough had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the West Charlotte Lions with a sharp 24-0 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won nine games by 22 points or more so far this season.

Hough pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.6 points on average over those games. As for West Charlotte, they moved to 10-3 with that loss, which also ended their nine-game winning streak.

Coming up, after each having a week off, Hough and Millbrook will shake off the rust and duke it out on December 11. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Huskies 7.2, the Wildcats 5.5) so any points scored will be well earned. West Charlotte does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
