Le Lycee lost against Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Le Lycee Lions fell 3-1 to the Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica Seawolves. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The 3-1 doesn't really show just how close this match was: all the sets Le Lycee lost were decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 30-28, 20-25, 25-22.

Le Lycee's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-7. As for Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2.
