Volleyball Recap: Seligman Snaps 15-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Seligman proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Shonto Prep Grizzlies, sneaking past 3-2. This was payback for the Antelopes, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Seligman's win ended a 15-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-11. As for Shonto Prep, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Seligman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Mogollon on the 24th. As for Shonto Prep, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against St. Michael on the 23rd.
