Volleyball Recap: Muskegon Christian Falls to Mona Shores in First Game of Season

Muskegon Christian kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to the Mona Shores Sailors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13.

Mona Shores has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-11 record this season.

Muskegon Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mona Shores, they have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome Kalamazoo Christian at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.
