Moline has gone 10-0 against East Moline United recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Moline Maroons will face off against the East Moline United Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Moline knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully East Moline United likes a good challenge.

Moline will head out to face East Moline United after giving up their first home loss of the season on Tuesday. Moline took a 71-56 bruising from Quincy. While losing is never fun, the Maroons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Blue Devils are ranked third).

Meanwhile, East Moline United beat Sterling 68-59 on Tuesday.

East Moline United is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Moline, their loss ended an 18-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-4.

Moline didn't have too much breathing room in their game against East Moline United in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 56-51 victory. Will Moline repeat their success, or does East Moline United have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
