California hasn't had much luck against Clairton recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The California Trojans will square off against the Clairton Bears at 7:00 p.m. California is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
California and Laurel met for a duel on Friday where California came out on top. California strolled past Laurel with points to spare, taking the game 22-6.
Lee Qualk was his usual excellent self, rushing for 163 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 53 receiving yards and a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 115 rushing yards.

Meanwhile, Clairton had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They breezed by Rochester to the tune of 56-0 on Friday. The Bears' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
California has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Clairton, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.
