Basketball Recap: Tahoma Skates Past Stadium with Ease

A well-balanced attack led Tahoma over Stadium in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Tahoma Bears blew the Stadium Tigers out of the water with a 60-13 final score. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-4.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tahoma to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bailey Nettleton, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine boards. What's more, Nettleton also racked up five steals, the most she's had since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Rylee Jacox, who posted nine points and four steals.

Tahoma has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. As for Stadium, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Tahoma didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-47 victory against Auburn Riverside on the 14th. As for Stadium, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-31 loss against Kennedy Catholic on the 14th.
