Grassfield hasn't lost a match since March 28th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 5-2 margin over the Deep Creek Hornets. The result was nothing new for Grassfield, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Deep Creek with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ben Mercer (2), Owen Osborne, Colin Hughes, and Colin Kearney.

Grassfield has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those eight games. As for Deep Creek, they dropped their record down to 5-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
