Recap: Centennial vs. South Forsyth

The Centennial Knights were the 3-2 winner over the South Forsyth War Eagles when they last played one another back in March of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. Centennial fell 4-2 to South Forsyth on Thursday. The loss was Centennial's first of the season.

Sebastian Lewis and Mateo Deza-Fernandez did their best for Centennial and scored both of Centennial's goals. Those were goals were season-firsts for both players.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 2-1-1. As for South Forsyth, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Centennial will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Riverwood at 7:00 p.m. on February 20th. As for South Forsyth, they will square off against Cambridge at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Forsyth's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Cambridge's offense will have their work cut out for them.
