Soccer Recap: Combs Comes Up Short

Combs managed to slip by Dysart the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Coyotes lost 4-1 to the Demons on Wednesday. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Combs couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Mckade Cobb, who's now up to two this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Combs and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for Dysart, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Combs will challenge Westview at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Combs' defense better be ready for this one: Westview have averaged an impressive 4.7 goals per game this season. Dysart will take on Deer Valley in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
