Baseball Recap: Albertville Comes Up Short

Albertville lost against Austin last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Albertville Aggies fell just short of the Austin Black Bears by a score of 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Aggies have lost by exactly two runs.

Albertville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Austin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.

Albertville has already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Guntersville on the 25th. As for Austin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-6 victory against Hatton on the 25th.
