Basketball Game Preview: Buckeye Trail Warriors vs. Strasburg-Franklin Tigers

Buckeye Trail has won three straight games at home, while Strasburg-Franklin has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Buckeye Trail Warriors will welcome the Strasburg-Franklin Tigers at 7:15 p.m. Both are at an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but likely not for long.

Last Saturday, Buckeye Trail came up short against Union Local and fell 58-47. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Jets recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, Strasburg-Franklin beat Shenandoah 54-43 on Friday.

Strasburg-Franklin has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for Buckeye Trail, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.

Buckeye Trail didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Strasburg-Franklin in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 42-36 win.
