Delano came out on top against North on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fourth inning. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Stars 5-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2025.

Delano has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for North, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-6.

Delano didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-4 loss against Golden Valley on the 14th. As for North, they have also already played their next game, a 16-0 win against Del Oro on the 14th.
