Football Game Preview: Fayette Academy Vikings vs. Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels + How To Watch

The Fayette Academy Vikings will venture away from home to challenge the Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fayette Academy hasn't scored more than eight points for four games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

On Friday, Fayette Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 13-7 to Halls.

Meanwhile, Tipton-Rosemark Academy played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 42-13 loss at the hands of Jackson Christian. The Rebels have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Fayette Academy will have to contain Nix Fullen as he made an impact in Tipton-Rosemark Academy's last game. He rushed for 163 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 34 receiving yards. Fullen's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Fayette Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3.

Fayette Academy couldn't quite finish off Tipton-Rosemark Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 and fell 24-21. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Fullen, who rushed for 234 yards and one TD while picking up 7.8 yards per carry.
