Basketball Recap: The Village School of Naples Comes Up Short

The Village School of Naples lost against Donahue Catholic on January 13th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Village School of Naples Knights lost to the Donahue Catholic Shamrocks on the road by a 63-49 margin.

Donahue Catholic got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Isaac Loboda out in front who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. The matchup was Loboda's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Max Allen was another key player, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards.

The Village School of Naples' defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Donahue Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

The Village School of Naples has already played their next game (against Everglades City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Donahue Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
