Moulton came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 61.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 90-25 win over the Austwell-Tivoli Redfish. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 51-12.

Despite the loss, Austwell-Tivoli saw an underclassman step up: freshman Mackenzi Cortez posted 17 points. That was a full 68% of Austwell-Tivoli's points, marking the 12th time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points.

Moulton is on a roll lately: they've won 23 of their last 24 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 18.8 points per game.
